Palm Berries began with a simple idea at our dining table — to share our favorite summer treat, açaí bowls, with our small town of Denver, NC. Our love for açaí bowls started back home in New Jersey, where they quickly became a staple for breakfast, dinner, and even midnight snacks. As friends and family kept asking for more, our small craving turned into a bigger dream.

In 2019, ready to support ourselves and follow our passion, we took a leap of faith. We invested our life savings into a tiny 6×6 food truck and parked it in a Publix parking lot. It was humble, but it was everything to us. With heart, hustle, and the incredible support of our community, that little truck grew into something more. By 2020, we opened our very first storefront in Denver, NC — a new beginning that turned our struggle into a story of hope.
